5 min Chia raspberry jam.
Im all about quick and easy "BS" free recipes and this is exactly what this is.
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick.
Place all the ingredients in a pot on low to medium heat and stir together with a wooden spoon. Allow to Simmer until all ingredients are combined stirring occasionally this will help break down the fruit.
The cooking time required is approx 5 mins on the heat.
When all the fruit has broken down and the mixture is combined remove from the heat.
Using a spoon ( not your fingers sugars reaches high temperatures) remove the cinnamon stick and discard.
Transfer the jam into a sterilised air tight container and store in the fridge.
If stored correctly it should have a shelf life of up to two weeks.

toasted sour dough toast lashings of peanut butter... yum!
