30 seconds vegan parmesan.

Parmesan the essential for every Italian dish, pizza, pasta, gnocchi the list is end less.

This recipe is super easy and will fulfil all your parmesan cravings in seconds.


1 cup cashews raw

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of good quality salt

Place all the ingredients listed above into a blender and blitz for 30 seconds. I use the Nutri bullet 900 series. You can use any sort of food processor or blitzer. The blitzing time may vary depending on your machine.

Transfer into an air tight container.

Sprinkle on generously to any dish you fancy, kale Caesar salad is my personal fav.

When I said it a super easy recipe I really meant it!
